Our Founders

Terravore began as a seed of an idea, planted in the garden between a grandmother and grandchild. What started as simple afternoons spent together, checking on our compost worms, gathering banana peels, cucumber skins, and used tea bags, slowly grew into something more. Each week, we’d tend to our little ecosystem with care and curiosity, marvelling at how waste could become nourishment for the earth.

What began as a shared passion between two generations soon spilt beyond our back garden. I started collecting food scraps from neighbours, turning their waste into rich compost, and the idea further developed from there. That humble beginning became a mission to help people and businesses rethink waste and return it to the soil in a way that heals the planet.

Even though my grandmother is no longer with me, her legacy lives on in every wriggling worm and every handful of compost. Terravore is my way of honouring her, and continuing the work we began together. This journey is for both of us, and for everyone who believes that small, thoughtful actions can change the world.
